请教一个问题

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主,会损失多少钱?有明确的相关规定吗?有人说会多扣除一个月房租, 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教,多谢!

忘记说明合同是一个月对一个月的条件下。

Most landlords will keep your security deposit.
8 t5 [0 R- x: @+ JAccording to Edmonton City's renting Act rules. If you signed a one year lease and left before lease over   z5 Y# ^$ Q6 l' z
without notifying the landlord, the landlord can keep the property empty and ask you pay all  the rest % D- d0 l# d/ g9 u5 Q
amount. If you refuse to pay, he will put a bad point in your Credit report. You might have difficult to rent next ! t/ R$ ]6 q, d  E; f1 w
place. Best is tell the landlord even it is less than 1 month.
' b; |) ?7 X7 E: S" gLandlord see all kind of leave early. They can accept that. We left 6 month early before the lease.
5 c, h* t# x# B9 }: U% e+ dThe landlord was actuuly very glad that we notified him 1 month early. He kept our security deposit though.2 z$ _( ^8 s" K* K+ x5 q: u& B
Trust that if you treat other people nice, they would or would not treat you nice, but if you treat
( h8 }5 }$ T+ n' W3 q0 P; ]other people bad, they will defeintely treat you bad.

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

3 U0 H% P. C! ?9 K) u, {看了一下原来的合同(第一年的合同)仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
' M) H. `4 w* ?/ M A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
1 [& Y/ F7 p3 o(termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
