-Job Description
0 @. o$ {3 P1 [( R9 W5 Z( h( X7 Q' JThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
$ k1 w2 ^+ G, c6 U-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
" Q  ]4 w) F% D( kEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
' m0 `6 j# ~% e1 a. W6 qProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
8 K. o4 E0 ~1 B3 hOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
