CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
8 l0 w/ q& X/ G! Q7 s4 Z•        Publish financial statements in time
+ ~* X- X$ N. r0 V) s$ [•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
& N9 [! ~5 M* o  Z2 a4 M; B  l•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
* Y# Y4 B/ Y9 N2 Y/ `3 v+ [1 M( b! |* n•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

2 Z9 A0 y9 I3 Y. }; MAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
- N: X4 v% i8 g6 b& |, s•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
2 V0 K; q: R/ K2 y' o, \•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
# k& V  s/ c+ b9 i2 t•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6 r: F& I6 V& K$ s•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
& H* o; s3 ~. x* r' {+ t, C6 g. m# A•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
