½ cup of milk
+ o" N) q4 [# O8 q: r- [6 H3 or 4 table spoon butter or margarine( ^* `& y# r' I+ ]
A little salt4 Q) L' c+ ~& c- O0 E
If you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream Z, C$ B7 p6 R3 @6 g5 `

Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. + m* W) k5 f$ {( f4 C* F
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer.
