& c; G- k; p3 z2 hAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:3 H# C$ q, B0 `% r- B3 g

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. : |( M1 B1 |6 \( ^" O9 X. Z
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
0 p+ k' t i" l' D' b- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. / ? ?; Z0 v9 E9 a9 F
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. + |( I$ O7 {3 b9 m# w
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
9 z0 Y9 ~" ?! [7 i- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

Experience and Education Requirements

0 m+ r5 p% ?" _0 x3 A7 S- Previous supervisory experience ' c# s ^7 y- m. M$ `* m
- Strong leadership skills
7 L+ B- X, a5 h; q- A minimum of grade 12 diploma + r, k. [0 K) D4 w, P
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills 3 Q& Z9 B6 v! @3 q
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
5 `4 M' o- F" v9 h- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
