有谁做过房子的existing surface grades survey?

收到是政府的一封信，要求我们的lot must be surveyed  on existing surface grades and an original Lot Grading Certificate submitted to Drainage Services. This survery must be undertaken by an Alberta Land Surveyor, Engineer or Architect. 有哪位做过？请给点建议。
