一个月内有人花这个钱买他,就说明值这个钱,如果三天内就被买走,说明不止这个钱,如果久久不卖,那就说明不值这个钱, @% }, y1 f% }$ W1 X# ?

这房子在ESSO炼油厂北边. 正适合那的工作人员. 对他们来说, 26万和26.5万也许没什么区别.

这个房子还是不错的,状态比较好。今天本来也打算下一个offer的,但是因为有其他接offer的时间冲突,就没去。

只是它的面积看不出他标出来的那么大。最喜欢的是哪个阳台。

6 o' B: h. ^! K8 q, r) v  q这个房子其实早就上市了,但是前一个合同没有履行,所以又出来卖。

每个人买的理由不一样,所以下单的分量就不同。买不买要看个人的具体情况。" f! R4 Y. G" x- `

7 u) d: w7 g$ R# r" J# g- v我当时和一个买房子的客户,一起看的那个房子,我和他的感觉一样,这个房子面积虽大,但是设计的显不出那么大来。

The stock price of Nortel was $100. It was worth that because people were still buying it. Now it is only worth $4., ]3 {# v) x. N4 y5 Y

# ^. [& _/ F1 S- n9 o+ t) lIt depends on timing. This house is worth $260K now, but it was worth only $120K a few years ago, and it may only worth $160K a few years later. The value of this house is same, is just a shelter for a family but the price will fluctuate, sometimes it can be inflated into a big bubble.

house price defy the forecast of slowdown

today's edmonton journal reports that the real market is sitll very activethe price for all kinds of accommendations has risen ready by 10 percent since the start of this year. they predcit another 16 percent of increase by the end of this year. the truth is that there are so many buyer lining up ,but not enought supply of houes. that is the problem.
