适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

" s) i) M! \4 N' I* n, V4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR6 c1 a+ M9 K! n- F6 i! C
2 packages yeast
$ ?4 K4 F" B' w. W) K1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
: q1 C) Y" V( W2 N  m. F9 ?* R1 teaspoon salt3 b/ T5 @. J) Q
1/2 cup pineapple juice. D0 C! R$ }! C9 U! P( A0 q3 i7 @
1/2 cup water
5 Z& Z0 k& g& j) k% l: f  n1/3 cup shortening- s, R  s3 |1 g/ ^0 U  m/ F
1/4 cup honey' b9 j7 _" l& |
2 eggs
  @/ l& N! B; D+ N) w, O1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired- Z. H) k& @) N* p9 j! ^7 T
7 f& g/ W% M+ f9 X, [9 F
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
3 B$ h( a2 i+ |/ Rsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice: N* ^3 S: j% W, x
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
" y( B8 T/ i4 L8 u/ q' H$ Pshortening does not need to melt.)
2 t+ {; O1 b+ a2 _9 ~, _Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
& _$ m7 V9 }* m2 @) q/ quntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
3 }$ y) z# H5 a0 N& jstir9 g4 @( \5 P" K) [; |: F7 A* `( d
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ( d( {4 F" p. S2 u. }/ q
surface9 ?4 V% j# u* e) r/ G: p. G- E
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,( z+ e- _+ J8 R
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes+ Z4 W4 S- Q4 @7 t7 F4 A
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
& I9 n& _7 U$ S( R: R) N- M; c1 v8 I; `& j& e! D
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
% u" Z  j* e# J7 G: ^Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
$ T+ z5 m( \: q" \# b( W6 _156 V# y+ W; Q0 a6 Z& J& l
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
( v& w- ?+ i, Q& F4 g$ d0 Hbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

7 m5 o7 u* O6 n35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
