10月份,大爱城区独立屋平均价格为$423,755,比上一个月下降了1.6%,比去年下降了1.75%。公寓的平均价格为$251,365,比上一个月下降了2.3%,比去年上升了0.5%。双拼/联排比上一个月下降了7.7%,比去年下降了6.9%。但是10月份所有住宅的平均售价与上一个月几乎不变,只比去年下降了0.64%。1 `, t6 A$ k! n" f
