watch repair (location?)

cannot type Chinese
my Seiko watch does not work ,sent this to Bay watch repair counter before, asked for 260 dollars (they have to send to the manufacturer in Vancouver) just for cleaning and polish etc, no mechanical issue.
does anyone know a location in Edmonton with less cost?

send your watch back to HK or China, ask for help from your friend, it will cost way less than fix it locally. Believe me, I do it all the time.

this is so expensive to fit it in Canada, a new Seiko watch cost less than repair fee.
