卖房收到offer，如何办real Property Report。

房产经纪人要real Property Report，说我自己个就可以去办。有知道的人，请告知如何办啊？

if you bought the second-hand house, you can find RPR report in the package from the previous owner.
" c! [% n9 A8 L1 g2 OSome builder might provide RPR report too, but not often.
If you can not find it, you can call survey company. they will do survey for you first, then you have to apply compliance from the  city of Edmonton. Normally, survey company will tell you what happens next step.

& A( T. c! ^- ~8 j8 Y/ nI did rpr report through Delta as the survey company. You can call 780-431-0816. They can speak Mandarin.

看看自己有没有，有就给对方。若有，需要更新（比如增加了Fence，deck)或者没有，最直接的办法就是告诉买家，自己去申请。是否让给买家便宜一点或者一些钱，最好向你的Realtor了解。

3 {, |* u( ~0 a& w若没有什么大问题，只是简单的Survey和更新，大概需要几百块，不超1000。但若Survey出了问题，被对方咬上就看具体情况了。可能是刀刀见血。

我当时有两个Realtor咨询过，其中一个卖房Realtor的建议--RPR更新尝试让买家自己去处理，实在不行给些优惠。结果我听了第二个Realtor的建议，没有尝试让买家接受未更新的RPR，而是直接自己去更新RPR，找Survey公司。结果中间出了些问题，被买方狠咬了一口，像吃了一口苍蝇。

1 b, i7 ?% y) g: n我建议：先尝试RPR更新让买家自己去处理，可以酌情给点钱。交了房自己再去申请更新RPR还不知道中间会出什么幺蛾子。还有你的Realtor可能也不懂你的房子的历史，也会告诉你自己去申请更新。

realtor是西人， 告诉我找个lawyer或者不怕麻烦自己办。房子卖的便宜，还要花钱请李四，就想自己办得了。
