-The importance of Canadian work experience and networking and how to obtain both

-The benefits of volunteering and where to find volunteer opportunities

-A program that will help you understand Canadian work culture

-Funding opportunities for upgrading if you decide to return to your chosen career through Immigrant Access Fund
