Neighbors can help each other in many different ways. For example, they can help each other to take care of young children or look after the pets. Another example is, when one family is on vacation, their neighbors can help them water the plants in the garden.

( ^7 T1 o; D) q' OAfter I came back from San Diego two months ago, I received a survey through email from the hotel I stayed in, asking about my experience in the hotel. The survey includes questions about the food, room, and service of the hotel, as well as my suggestions to them. I told them that except for the rate, which was a bit high, everything else was great. The staff in the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. When I told them that I wanted to change my room because of the noise, they did it the next day. I even received a plate of fruit and cookies and a bottle of wine from the hotel as an apology for the noise. In addition, the hotel was located in the downtown area, which was very convenient for shopping and entertainment. Also, it was only a couple blocks away from the beach, and I could even see the beautiful ocean from my windows. Overall, I replied to them that my stay at the hotel had been highly positive and enjoyable.$ u3 `2 y- l9 p' J8 D% i

I think most organizations are interested in people's opinions about them. For instance, banks may want to find out their customers' experience with the tellers or financial services. Schools may want to know if students are happy about the education received. Hotels may be interested in people's feedback about their services.4 W- d8 g8 [+ A7 S' \8 C1 @7 o2 K- l
