Effective August 1, 2002, Saskatchewan motorists will only have to report motor vehicle collisions to police if the collision involves:
* \1 ~) m7 l+ L! q4 {& _1 P1) Any bodily injury or death;/ {( {- ] g& K5 a) y
2) A Hit-and-Run;+ x3 x3 m7 t* k6 C( `" M
3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;; t$ f6 e2 C" g+ I( @+ @/ I
4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;

Normally, police would be dispatched to the collisions described above. One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters. In such a case, the owner could make a report in person at Police Headquarters.
