房子面积问题？

买房子,builder的房型宣传和blueprint上写的面积不符，builder说很多地方，比如stairs一类的地方不算面积，所以blueprint上面一楼和二楼加起来面积比实际房子面积要小些，这合理吗？

银行贷款的Appraisal里写的是跟builder宣传页上一样的面积，但是心里总觉得blueprint上面写的小了，以后卖房子的时候有影响啊。人家是看blueprint上的面积？还是Appraisal里的面积阿？

builder有可能偷工减料，故意把房子建小吗？如果是，怎么维权阿？找律师索赔？

有些BUILDER取巧，会将STAIRS部分算二次，你CHECK一下看看差异面积是否与STAIRS面积相同便知晓。如你签署同意了BLUEPRINT所示，找律师也不得要领。

Stair 是有几层算几层的面积. Highceiling 只算一层面积。但是highceiling一般都比较贵也算找回来了。

有一个观点。
0 M4 d6 P3 Q, t7 y9 ]2 T$ e总的来说，他们认为只要是functional就应该算面积。楼梯是跨层的functional部分，所以要算多层面积。highceilling 只能看，没有具体的function，所以只能算一层面积。
