请问最近有朋友网申过off campus work permit 吗

刚刚网申了 off campus work permit， 其中有一项要求提交copies of the passport pages with your photo, name, date of birth, citizenship, passport number, issue and expiry date, all entries made by Canadian authorities, and Temporary Resident Visa， 但申完才发现自己没有交the pages with all entries made by Canadian authorities, and Temporary Resident Visa。 不知道这样申请能不能通过，或者说有哪位朋友知道有什么补救的措施。
BTW, 我之前也网申过study permit 和off campus work permit ，但都没有交passport 上面有出入镜记录的页面和visa page，也通过了， 就是不知道这项要求是新的还是原来就有的。
