最近发现房子都提价了.

我也注意到了，楼主有什么想法？我是觉得这些都是很狡猾的卖主，得谨慎和他们成交。

我家附近有个房子刚刚上市，我原以为最高也就45万，没想到居然叫价49.9万。

下面这个房子昨天降价到444,900，今天又降价到439,900了，按照这个趋势明天还要降价：

mls的网站更新比较慢，在经纪人专用网站上面已经降价了。明天你就看到变化了。

As you wish, I just repeat some of my views on corner lots ( you may have seen these on another post). The worst thing is when it is time you wanna resell, you may find yourself in a situation that fewer potential buyers will consider your house due to the fact that some people's perceptiveness based on what others said without an in-depth analysis of personal needs and it is a common conception that a corner lot is equivalent to a BAD lot just because of some not always true reasons like more snow shoveling, less privacy, high level of noise, more dust etc, etc. For investment or speculation, it may be a good idea to stay away from this kind of property but for residence purpose, I see more goods than bads; you will have more natural light around ; better air circulation; 50% less of chance to have a bad neighbor; lower house price and good Feng Shui ( as mentioned by another poster here).
