The cover of the cheese should say: sharp; mild, which refer to the degree of the flavor.' p! ?) O5 l+ h h E1 E# J
3 m5 h, B2 ]( Z7 Q" n' IMozzarella cheese (white, no yellow color): for pizza or Italian cooking
