家属是否可以先登陆

请教高人。如果住申请人又是暂时不能登陆，他的配偶和孩子是否先登陆？

在你拿到移民纸的同时，有一份加使馆的信，明确告诉，副申请人不能早于主申请人登陆，只能是同时或晚于主申请人登陆。
