关于common law如何申请work permit

各位同志，如果2个人common law了，其中一个拿到了身份，另外一个申请work permit的流程和前者一个拿work permit有什么不一样么？

no difference, same forms except that this time you will check off "open work permit" instead of the normal work permit you usually check off which you applied for in previous times. If I recall correctly, when I did mine, I also included "Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union". You can have it done at any registry with a charge. I believe the following is the link you need.
