5 P9 E2 k: J, a% }还有降息的空间。这次降息预测0.5-1%，但只降了0.5，而美国不久很可能又要降息，加拿大会跟进。

研究表明，从长期来看，varible利率要好于固定利率。只有前几年利率很低的时候，选固定利率的同学才是例外。
研究还表明，variable open要好于close, 虽然open的折扣要少，但随时可以固定，而且卖房子灵活。
研究还还表明，买房好于租房，特别是利率在下降趋势，而房子不涨不跌前提不明的时候。

7 a% y% K3 _& Y4 Z" C加行一般情况会跟，但也要视情况而定，但有一点肯定：短期内加息是没有可能了。
