个人小公司暂停业务，如何处理remittance?

现在公司没有收入，也没有支出。所以暂停。已经在remittance voucher背面注明了Business temporarily discontinued，并写了预计恢复日期为2008.10月，但同时也写了(Business)Date closed日期(这个不应该写，这个是关闭公司用的)，并寄回了Canada revenue。
% D, m" A/ n" x( F0 q但Canada revenue又寄来了一张空白remittance voucher，我应该留着等10月份有收入再寄吗？
我原来想的是他们会10月份寄给我空白remittance voucher。但我现在就收到了，他们是不是没明白我上次寄的暂停选项啊？我要不要在填一遍寄回去啊？
有谁有暂停过公司，并处理过remittance? 你什么时候收到的空白remittance voucher?
请有类似经历的指教，十分感谢！

Just mail back your explanation why there is no activity again. then ignore the voucher after you mail it. It usually takes 1 month for CRA to update their system. Or sometimes they keep mailing you. Just ignore it, not big deal as far as you dont own source deduction.

Instead of writing your "temporary out of business" on the remittance voucher, you should write a formal letter, quoting your file number, and then esplain the reason for temporary stop of business and when to restart. (this letter should be send to the assessment department) Don't write on the remittance voucher, because it only serve to collect money. Remittances, a separate department for money collection.does not handle the enquiry for the assessment department.

It is winnipeg tax centre who deal with the assessment. Just mail to winnipeg tax centre.
