烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

: F2 M e8 Y5 D• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
' H/ }7 g5 ]7 {* _• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 3 a% O! X6 q, [
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
& l3 v3 V5 ^) o. |Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.* R2 h1 o+ }; l( m4 ]8 `

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。
