是公司。 政府的话我感觉没有公司那么灵活,一般你的学历工作经历是什么就有相应的RANGE,但是对于经历的折算可以讨论。而且特别是第一年的VACATION有讨论空间。针对具体的部门一些小的BENEFIT比如免费停车之类的等等可以谈谈。

Thank you for sharing your tips. I guess you are right. The government position doesn't give much room for negotiation except for the vacation days and flex work time. But I do know a guy from my unit who just switched to the city of edmonton govt. He did some negotiation and got bonus vacation days per year and increase in salary and flexible work time. But he is in a senior position. So I guess as long as you are a desirable one, no matter where you go, you always have more options than others. % q/ \" K* w9 l2 e5 ~ ]" f1 l. M5 g( h
