1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

0 U! j4 D" f I0 p3 w 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.& _. ^0 H! @' _# u* o+ a& T
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight z9 B# _0 n2 [
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are/ x/ U5 A$ W5 e

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
& w4 r4 G5 X; a& V& J( N( Y national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
8 E4 |7 ~9 M- [5 ]$ K3 Y" C arrival at the park.
% u" l) ~' q7 R" J+ y4 I5 } h5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
$ f: A+ E2 Q- a; Y9 `! i: h, ^# v( } the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
9 z/ ~6 Q2 W+ H) Z P6 m a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same# Q- N& @" b) W+ r
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
& n* P+ p/ ]2 x' \, a6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
p8 F+ h' b) b7 ~ a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of; ]- r$ z' q! u9 i* p9 u
campsite; and the service type. - V( T; e5 f; R- a
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
& Q2 b0 W) ~ J7 H8 o# @; N; Z confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.8 m* x0 y8 q! ^& F+ g. J. t& C
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
# z. a( M) P [1 f$ R least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
0 u6 i# o6 O, N' x; x9 V the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
5 s4 V3 Y, ^3 d the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online1 J+ d0 }6 v2 d4 A! d6 L; q% n
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.2 C( K, m: s/ m! W4 C5 M3 B" e
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
3 U! ?: E4 l6 M5 k5 T. a: S will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you) C: y9 f& w/ l) v
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:/ y W, u9 h3 F. z
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,* l% _0 Y$ D. M/ g. _* z0 n5 b
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
9 ?9 v; v, f- z! o5 {; Y reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
5 A5 C2 O+ o6 O- j7 {' ` you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
( y6 |7 Q4 j' M, q - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
1 W$ a( C' d" J: L earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
. s# L+ C P# P8 q prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
: E; M' [' C# @1 C4 z will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please9 \0 P# ]% g1 [) m$ b
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

" M* M" Q8 \5 I' t: o16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:

expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two

policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

3 m' e0 y; `4 T& F8 ]4 ^" I your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."& ]* {1 X/ c1 Z
* p& p* ?- v3 v* F3 w/ [0 }+ f When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

) V4 a3 V0 ]7 \* u1 s& u If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees! [0 ^6 y+ {* r: j* p
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
