GM 今天正式宣布 pontiac 不在重组的范围之内。这宣布了pontiac品牌的死刑。此前的SAAB, SATURN，Hummer 一起进入被抛弃的品牌。

GM 准备保留雪付莱，别克，和通用三个品牌用于破产重组。

准备购买庞帝亚克的顾客可能驾驶的是真正的"limited edition"

不在GM重组之列并不意味着死刑吧，可以卖给别的公司，好像Land Rover，Jaguar一样。

Pontiac exterior is very attractive, though interior is undermakr. GM's desicision is based on the potential value of a brand.

I don't think anybody will buy a pontiac brand becuase simply it is not unique, no special techonology in it!

GM will not put anymoney in Pontiac, no 2010 model, same fate as Oldsmobile.

No, GM uses its inventory as "assets" to negotiate the creditors and banks.

On the book, GM still has "billions of inventory" which can fool the public for a little longer time. Once the creditors and banks are mad, they can liquidate themself, at that time, the Pontiac cars and Vans will be lower priced, not by GM, but by the debts holders.

Liquidation means "SOLD AS IS", NO WARRANTY, NO NOTHING ,JUST A CAR.

Yeah, honestly, i think pontiac is dead since Grand AM discontinued. It became a sporty look of chevolet, cheaper tune of buick, and G8 is totally a holden with new badge. The glory day of Trans Am and Fireo is only memory now.

Don't assume other people's experience.

I am prety sure I drive more cars than you do. Even you are auto tec (you can not drive a customer's car beyond reasonable time like 20minutes), but my job grants the chance to drive a car from days to weeks, I have first hand experience.

You might be a big fun of domestic cars and trucks, but where the idea from? Most from your peers and job, same am I, I drove them, I love or hate them, I also try to share this with my Chinese nationals.

How about you? Except reputing others, I barely can see anything originated from your personal experience.

You cheer a lot for Grand AM, I drove from Grand AM GTP, the interior is horrible! Those legend mostly is a marketing tactic,no a real feat.

TNT at least one thing is right: Pontiac goes down due to legitimate reason: No one wants it, it is failed.

Everybody has some great time in his/her life, that no necceessary stands that person up. This is capitalism.

我能理解于先生这个大下午清闲是出于现在这个不景气的经济，也能感受到suzuki没有足够的流量支撑起你的收入，所以多进一些利润高的二手车。开一部MDX不见得能证明你是富人阶层，而且我确定不论我自己的年收入会怎么样，我都不会买任何一部日本车，因为同样的价钱一定能买到更好的非日本车，而且我很珍惜我的每一分钱，所以每一分钱都要花在刀刃上。你知道，我即便在west side suzuki看上什么车，也情愿找俊哥哥，因为可信的汽车销售人员是很难得的。
