请教driving history

My GDL Exemption Apllication was not considered by Document Verification Investigator. The letter said: "The driving licence from China that was submitted as apllication does not comply with required standards to sufficiently support your driving hitory." and asked me submit an official confirmation letter. I do'nt know what to do. PLS help me,Thanks!
