Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.  P7 ]7 z# j7 y7 S$ z' B- z! s3 Z( d

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants." P1 ^" T, l1 M8 T( O

Move-ins and Move-outs: Conducting inspections with tenants before they move in and after they move out. Determine any necessary deductions from the security deposit if applicable.

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.

Experience working in the residential property management industry.
