Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
' y6 F- c. K/ _4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
; P% O# L6 o/ f% i  c8 F% k0 w2 ]7. Other duties as assigned
- Y/ E/ V- s5 K( h; RSkills and specifications:
  P9 j( K+ A$ ]8 z$ b1 K) [6 d1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
4 p$ O" _1 B$ V. `, _2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
7 W# X3 @* e# X3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
* m4 L" P: y; P$ Y" I8 d5 f4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
