工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
4 f9 S; G$ l1 L) ?( g, C! ~- C( l( wŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

# n4 ]. r  i$ G+ U" ?$ lŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
4 X/ V0 y. d/ g* P' P, sŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
- V# N3 t4 {1 o* i3 E1 qŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
/ N" v  s% p1 g) u; EŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
9 u# I. r: s' DŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
9 O9 {2 F6 y) `3 l# A4 v# lŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
5 S9 q3 d( G$ h6 P9 y' Q  a. qŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
% {( ]' Q6 m" C& m+ J' G+ RŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
