Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
7 f3 G; ]8 H& T8 p, U% n- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
' j* L$ y- x4 C3 l& K! _4 a. P- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
9 C# A5 F9 ~7 H8 v5 f& Z/ r- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
