Responsible for the daily maintenance of the pawn store; including providing superb customer service and promoting the business of 107 Loan Centre. , S3 f/ d" Z/ f, [

• Maintaining professionalism at all times when representing 107 Loan Centre.
3 e' q7 Z; H& q) F• Promoting the business by developing professional relationships with clients, promoting marketing material.
' h" u* {" i2 x/ @, T3 f• Partner with coworkers to create positive and memorable customer experience # E1 p% m" E, R8 I) [
• Greet and interact with customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
: X% H3 F% v6 N• Assist customers with buying decisions Have a basic understanding of product values, loan terms, interest and collateral - H9 G! w g6 e1 i- Y
• Effectively communicate to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions

SALARY : Starting $12.50/hour – $15.00/hour (depending on experience and commitment)
