single family average price is incorrect, it is the same as condo, check it please.

4 Y& P  N, l1 R: d# XSummer’s over, kids are back to school, schedules are in place… time to take care of that real estate listing. I think that at least partly explains the large number of price reductions and listings (many of which are probably expired listings that are now coming back on the market).9 u/ W- J  H3 `$ ~! _4 G2 I6 C/ O
