*From June 16 until July 6th we will be working on our Phosphate Operation and on Nitric Acid. Our spring turnaround, about 3 weeks in duration, will be looking at an investment of a little over $21 million. For the spring turnaround we are looking at an additional 140 workers during the day and about 50 additional during the night shift. In light of traffic concerns, for the spring we are looking at staggered start and end shift for contract workers to off- set regular start times. $ W: o! P" m' k4 e$ g1 [

**From September 20 to October 20th we will be working on our Ammonia II and Urea operation, an investment of just under $30 million. We are looking at an estimate of 250 additional workers during the days and 150 on nights. We are also looking into bussing options, a new undertaking, with select vendors for September.
