埃德蒙顿2015年7月3日消息:房地产协会统计的数据表明,刚过去的6月是2015年的第一个同比去年销售量有所增长的一个月。整个大爱城区有2008套房产成交,比去年同期的1961套增长了2.4%。其中包括1243套独立房(增长2.1%),572套公寓(增长1.6%),156套双拼/联排(增长11.4%)。销售量比今年5月要增长13%。
