, C' b2 x$ D* ]! l “如我们所料,房屋从挂牌到售出的天数为45天,比去年同期多4天,比上月增长1天。我们可以预见这个数字还将增加,由于目前销售缓慢,房屋库存量大。”埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会主席Geneva Tetreault说。5月份独立房的从挂牌到售出的平均天数为43天,双拼和连排为45天。6 r" h& k( B/ |1 F5 R' t, Z
