请教：建新房合同的霸王条款

您的builder提供的建新房合同中有如下的霸王条款吗？
在”买方的义务“ clause 里：
0 U2 T* q  a$ [  `0 \, [1 C”In the event the Purchaser enters the land and /or the Home without prior permission of the Builder the Builder shall be entitled to terminate this Contract.  On such termination, the builder shall be entitled to recover from the Purchaser payment for all work completed plus damages, ..., plus loss of reasonable profit and any interests related.  All deposits shall be forfeit and the Purchaser shall have no right to reclaim any monies paid to the builder ...".

好象都这样吧.是怕你自己进去出事.你如果想进去理论上可与他们约.如真想进也没人管但如你自己进去出事他们不管.建房间也有几次看,你可把看到的问题那时提出.
