埃德蒙顿2014年3月4日消息,根据埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会报告,埃德蒙顿人口普查都会区(简称“大爱城区”,包括埃德蒙顿和周边卫星城市)房市依然很活跃。MLS系统的数据统计,2月份的挂牌数量同比1月上升了7.3%, 销售量上升了24.4%。 所有住宅房平均价(包括独立房,公寓,Duplex,和联排房屋),上升了2.9%。2 r, [1 ?% {2 c. K: p; y. l5 X& b
