理财也是一个需要长期学习的过程, need experiences. i will do RRSP(2014), 50% GIC, 50% invest bonds and funds, I will get a refund, then still invest TFSA, 50%GIC, 50% bond and fund.

我基本上都买的mutual fund。

我的是balanced的，不会大起大落，实际上我不是经常注意它。现在四，五年了，好像还不错。

today, I come in RBC branch and bought RRSP and invested fund,

1 hours, RBC Branch manager is not good the matual fund, she has a license,
I cut half, for RRSP receipt
Online you need to wait receipt
I call chinese hot line( RBC investment depeartment), only 5-10 minutes. My god

if you buy GIC online by yourself, you will get 15% bonus, or you call chinese investment line(RBC),
they will get some bonus. If you buy low risk fund, you may operate online, but middle and high you must call them. You can exchange US dollar online anytime by yourself
1 year and 3 months ago(2011,Nov ), I bought $10,000 US dollars( USD lower than CAD), last week,
I exchange to CAD(1.079) online, bought RRSP, half GIC, half funds, half RBC Select Aggressive Growth Portfolio,half RBC precious metal fund.
last year, moved resource fund to precious metal fund
reason: energy companies laid off persons, slow down, last year, precious metal( gold and silver) down 44%, now price
is very cheaper.
我的理财能力the better, RBC investment department chinese knew me.
but, I still look for 更好的工作(AB),

那么在你理财的这么多年里，平均年回报率是多少？

不太明白，你说的GIC的１５％bonus，是不是自己在网上做，一次就给你１５％bonus？那岂不是一年动一次，也是１５％的回报率？不会这么高吧？！

Now, RBC Financing funds and precious metal fund are better!
Every day, I must review their prices, if happen something, I will moving them to the money market fund
or saving account and stay some time, keep 实力.
In the stock, I lost many money, it is enough to pay a house's downpayment .

我现在就是在观望，不自己做，也不轻易动。

我听很多人，他们的RRSP，十年之后，还在原地踏步。包括本地人，他们也承认没有在投资中挣到钱，所以宁愿选择定期存款，以期减少通货膨胀的损失。

if I buy a house, no more the money!一辈子 rent apartment.
After 55 years old, I plan to apply senior apartment

Therefore I am ready to work utill 62 years old, then select a part time job, 67 years old, retiring.
Because of I must spend the money every day.
