Before you take possession, you need to get house insurance, otherwise the bank will not loan you the money. You also have to pay off the balance of the property tax for that year. , G9 E; i& e% TIf it is a single house, you need money to set aside to finish at least rough gridding, get permit from city. Normally, your builder will hold 1k~3k from you to ensure that you finish the landscaping of your house. The money will be returned to you once you finish that.
