Canadian Tires. They are not good at mechanics, but quite professional with Tires. Good Year and Michelin are good brand and they are often on sale.

Didn't realize your car is already 12-year old. It doesn't make sense to get new tire. The best way is to get the used tire from junk yard. Exact cost depends on how much life left on the tire. Check Yellow Page for local junk yard phone number under Automobile.

In general there are both expensive and inexpensive ways to fix your used car. If you have limited budget, you should always give local junk yard dealer a call before you approach other mechanics.
