) M5 D. B1 \' x: r9 p% |6 L* CThe October activity has pushed year-to-date sales to 18,616, an increase of 15.85 per cent. And the year-to-date average sale price has jumped to $427,612, up 2.99 per cent from a year ago. The yearly average sale price in the city peaked in 2007 at $423,770.
