! A0 Y! @1 y6 l) r# R- Then this is definitely not comparable to Lot #22 on Block 9 even though its backyard is bigger. There are always limited walk-out lots with south facing backyard in a certain community, while you can easily find tons of lots which are similar to Lot #7 on Block 8. |
