15ml brown sugar2 U% z/ ]- J; y/ H
15ml lemon juice5 w3 E5 }2 P! s
2 bananas
8 S, E! C, l! s3 y; q9 r' [2 c30ml brandy

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan" ~9 y8 Y# Q- Z" m
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
, D8 f y5 j2 Z3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
