那里投诉-新房问题被拒保修——求助！！！

刚刚搬入新房车一个月车库门就坏了，车库门讲是冻坏的拒绝保修，我使用门，我知道是别的原因，但他们不听解释。坚持拒绝保修。车库门公司和建筑商推委。半年已过无人理睬，新房车库门不能用。

那里投诉？？？请教？？？

注:当初为省钱，用了建筑商的律师，所以没有律师帮助！惨！！！

Alberta new home warranty. 就是自己的律师，律师现在也不会承担责任的。是那个建筑商？如果车库门这么容易冻坏，只能说是质量问题。

门常常开到一半就停下，电机继续开门门不动，反复后门拉变形。感觉手动开门比较沉重，我认为门安装有问题。

车库门公司解释是门与地面冻住的结果，事实不是这样

要是我的话就向BBB提交对建筑商的complain。他们会要求建筑商在短时间内答复并处理纠纷的。并最终对处理结果公布在他们的网站上。

Same old story that is heard all the time, most builders behave the same way, once they got all your money, you are history. 如果真是一个月内便坏了，BUILDER理应责无旁贷，加拿大人做工的态度一般都是爱理不理，最好你能花点时间，契而不舍地投诉，设法 GET AROUND THE FRONTLINE PEOPLE,直接与其OWNER对话，如果还是不得要领，试试TROUBLESHOOTER或有机会，BBB 不如想像中有用，AB HOME WARRANTY 据知只管STRUCTURAL DEFECTS.

Your warranty document has contact information about the organization of "alberta new home warranty. My builder is also Landmark and I also feel the garage door is not good. The remote control is not sensitive.

I don't think BBB is authorized organization to solve the problem. " Alberta new home warranty " is the authorized organization. Before going to court, this organization will try to solve the argument first.

The first year warranty is also charged by "alberta new home warranty". After first year, it is majorly responsible for structrural problems.

Landmak's garage door contractor is very bad. The service is very poor. Once my keypad doesn't work and Landmark's manager called them. They didn't come and asked me to send the keypad back to them. Normally they should come to fix the problem in the first year warranty but they don't.
