Coenzyme Q is safe. Fish oils are generally safe. Glucosamine is safe as well, but even in people with joint problems its effectiveness is minimal, so there's no need to take it if there is no joint problem to begin with. / r% {- a$ ]4 g4 w2 x% [& B, p: s0 D+ g6 {0 U
If this was my father I'd advise him to take Vitamin D 1000-2000 units a day. If he doesn't eat dairy then take 1000mg of calcium. Otherwise eat a healthy diet. Vitamins cause problems too!
