关于新房的Energy Rebate

请问申请engery rebate 有哪些要求？
是否需要先做评估，由谁来做？

EnerGuide over 80, you can apply energy rebate for new home. The new home means you directly buy home from a builder not from other private owner. If builder doesn't provide energuide, you have to apply the test yourself.

如果builder不提供certificate是不是要自己找人检查？大概多少钱阿？如果很贵而且不到80，岂不是白花钱了？

This is how Engervision replied me: "You may contact one of the following Certified Energy Advisors to have an evaluation completed for your home. For the rebate program, you require to obtain 80 or more Energuide points; however please note the typical new home obtains a rating in the 70 range. " So if you think you can get a rating above 80 on your house, get it evaluated, otherwise looks like it is wasting of money.

我也刚问了我的builder, 他们也没有。我说人家买LANDMARK的房子的给提供了，他们说LANDMARK提供了certificate是打入到了房价里面的。
