不能太认真

近来看了多处正在建的新房，不同发展商的，不过都大同小异。看到做骨架时真让人心寒。记得以前有人说加拿大的房子本身就是一堆破木头。还真是这样。工人拿着射钉枪七横八竖的钉着，钉子到处支楞着，木头也常钉得又劈又裂。墙板儿都是胶合爆花板，没一样值钱的。只是最后全包在里面看不到了。还是闭着眼睛吧，不能多想。

旧房子用材相对好一些

# q8 p; O$ o/ ?( y5 o* _我更重视使用功能和布局.至于材料只要安全就行.我相信现在的安全标准要比以前的好多了.旧房字保温功能差,材料的安全性差,像80年代以前的隔热材料用石棉.所以买旧房子为了好材料是一个错误观点.记住:地皮上的房子是永远贬值的.

3 m; B) I! Q" r2 G9 G; d  g我也有相同的感觉，看了几个正在建的房子，大多比较粗糙。但仔细看水平还是有差异的，而且差别很大，就是说做工也有比较细致的，取决于Builder选哪个工程队盖房子。
