Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

3 K; ?$ b/ l: G3 C* S$ J0 s; D  ?3 mI printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
; o5 @2 ]1 y" F8 A6 pOne local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
5 }4 j# ^1 z  p5 \% \* m* OAnother said:” maybe means shutdown.”
My foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
