Cantonese Pork Hocks Ginger

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
Prepare:   2 por hocks, chop chunk, 20 slice ginger without peel , 6 boil eggs without peel. sweet vinegar . (BAI ZHEN sweet vinegar is best, if you don't have that, you still can use Zhe Vinegar, Bai Vinegar and brown sugar ), t" \1 Y5 f. ~  h' i+ d" c' T; ]
Bring all stuffs to boil by hight heat 10 mins, than cook by middle heat 20mins, ALL DONE!

+ v9 H- k3 C6 U$ J4 ]  r# m9 wIt is easy ....but it hot too.......Enjoy it!
